Today I am so happy and grateful for:
- being told how I inspire her by a friend, I just love it
- The wonderful honest feedback I have been getting from fellow SMTB members
- The beauty of the Tweed River and the gracefulness of the pelican, I feel a special affinity with the pelican
- the free quigong cd exercises that released my tight neck muscles/
- my next 90 day challenge. This blog came about though setting myself a challenge and to be accountable. If it hadn’t been a challenge this site would not exist
