Today I am so happy and grateful for:
- My desire to explore new walks- getting out of the pattern of taking the same path:) Striking the balance also it can be a pattern interrupt.
- that my ideal wellness plan gives me reason to celebrate.
- the simplicity of the T 5T (5 Tibetans) daily exercises that center me as well as strengthen my body.
- the support of my other 90 day challengers
- skype as I spent happy time talking with 2 friends in USA. Each day I make happy connections
- the wonderful flavors and colors of my fruit for breakfast, everything fresh from the Farmers Markets
