Day 18 of the Gratitude Challenge: Today I am doing yesterday’s being grateful for food challenge. I love my fruit and vegetables and this morning for breakfast I made buckwheat pancakes with strawberries, raspberries passionfruit and homemade coconut yogurt
My 5 blessings for today are:
- I am grateful for the local farmers markets every Sunday because I love that I can buy fresh food that was often picked the day before
- I am truly grateful for fresh strawberries we bought today because I love strawberries the taste the aroma as I cut a fresh strawberry and they are good for me 🙂 Fruit is one of my favorite food which I am enjoying today
- I am very grateful today for the alkaline diet I am following because it has been a big part of the healing of my kidneys and now is playing a large part in rebuilding and regrowing my bones
- I feel so blessed that I love to cook because it allows me to be creative and make yummy healthy food like this mornings breakfast
- I am so grateful for being given the keffir that started me making alkaline coconut yoghurt because besides being healthy it is yummy
