Day 13 of the Gratitude Challenge Nicole asks us to breathe: read more here  Breathing is an important part of my daily healing since i have learned that we get rid of 70% of the toxins in our body through breathing. After I do my gratitude exercise this morning I am going to do the Breathing exercise at my favorite place the beach.

My 5 blessings for today relate to my body:

  1. I am grateful that I have learned to e because it is helping my healing process and gives me energy
  2. I am truly grateful for sun shining this morning because I will get my daily dose of Vitamin D as well as have breakfast in the sun
  3. I am very grateful the free ebook : Dreams Really do become true from Jaimie Ridler because it has given me a great idea besides it is wonderful to read others dreams
  4. I feel so blessed that I have so many healing tools because each day I feel more empowered to heal myself and there is less pain
  5. I am so grateful that today I have woken up feeling love and joy in my heart knowing that  through just being me I was able to help a special person believe there is hope.

  1. I am grateful for the beach and the sun that inspired the picture above and because it makes me feel joy in my heart.
  2. I am truly grateful that I have a loving family visiting this weekend because we have been able to share joy love and peace
  3. I am very grateful for the joy I get from cooking because everyone so enjoyed dinner last night
  4. I feel so blessed that that birds are singing on the garden because they remind me of the beauty of nature
  5. I am so grateful to 2 ears as they allow me to  listen such a joy

Abundance Today

What I am Grateful For Today………….

  1. The sunglasses I found at the beach this morning after having forgotten mine and it was so sunny I was squinting and there lying on the sand Des noticed  a pair lying on the sand and they fitted perfectly and were the same color as a pair that broke recently
  2. My new Samsung Galaxy smartphone that arrived today
  3. That my book Emergings will soon be on Amazon, just waiting for the copy
  4. Taking time to meditate and be still
  5. Spending time with friends on skype
  6. Getting more things checked off my repair list, great feeling
  7. That I am moving forward
  8. That I live where I live

Abundance Flows from Gratitude

Today I am Grateful for a Super Abundant Week

Today I am so full of gratitude and have just completed on of my daily exercises from Sonia Choquette that talked about keeping a gratitude journal. I have been journaling offline for the past month. Today I have decided to bring this back online. I hope you will join me in doing the sane

After writing here almost daily for a year you might have wondered where I have been this past month?

Well I have been reinventing Suzie and this week saw the launch a new site  at http://suziecheel.com.  I have entered that site into the 30 day blog challenge – I thought of putting this one in but decided that would be setting myself up for failure as I will continue to write at Law of Attraction in Action- The Abundance Highway .
