in Gratitude

Today I Am Grateful For………

Iyabo AsaniCoach Iyabo who reminded me of the wonderful practise of  Hoʻoponopono (ho-o-pono-pono) is an ancient Hawaiian practice of reconciliation and forgiveness. Iyabo was commenting on a blog post by Jeanette Maw at Good Vibe Blog about How to Let Go. Iyabo shared her way of using Ho’oponpono which I am sharing here and I tried and liked. A simple way as Iyabo says of releasing both what you do want and what you don’t.

My favorite release method is Ho’oponopono. I add my special thoughts to it. I literally imagine what I want as three dimensional words and place them on my palm.

Then I say the four statements:

1. I am sorry!
2. Please forgive me!
3. I love you!
4. Thank You!

Then I blow the statement with a puff of my breath.

It is powerful and you really feel the release.

I do for what I want and what I do not want.

It is a strong signal to the Universe. -  Follow Iyabo on Twitter

Hi Suzie,

Happy New Year. Back on the coast after being away for 5 weeks.

I’d just like to confirm the power of the above statement. My sister in law used Ho’oponono for a very difficult work situation. She repeated it as often as she could throughout each day. After about two weeks, the situation at work had shifted totally. And, not just shifted a little bit – it was a remarkable change of circumstances.

Look forward to catching up soon for lunch.

Peace, love and mango’s

Enjoyed browsing around your site, and grateful for finding this jewel in our internet haystack. I see you are also on facebook in a group. Maybe I can introduce you to a brand new social site which need some love and help, and another place for you to promote yourself.

thanks Claire

Hi Claire,
Thanks for visiting and your comment. Thanks for the invite. At the moment i am not joining anything new as I find using the maind Social Networking sites is a better option and I don’t have enough hours in a week let alone a day to participate in those i already belong to

be inspired
Suzie
